I thought I’d follow on from yesterday’s morning sky photograph with a few more. Here’s a group of images from around the same spot, all taken between 7.45 and 8.00am on various mornings in January and February 2012.
Incredible! I currently live in Chicago, and looking at these pictures makes me miss wide-open spaces and beautiful scenery. Thanks for giving me a breath of fresh air during my day in the office!
Truly beautiful pictures of the sky. Only Mother Nature could paint thus and we as mere mortals must try our best to replicate all the beauty she has to offer however we ware capable. Thank you!!
sunrise is always harder to capture (versus sunset). one of the disadvantages of living in the city not seeing the sunrise, all hidden by buildings you’re very lucky to experience that every morning!
Hard to tell if this is morning or evening. Guess we would have all believed whatever you told us the time might have been. I realize now how hard it is to tell the difference when you’re looking at pictures. We never know if you are looking east or west. Thanks for sharing.
